According to reports, Sreeleela’s mother, Dr. Swarnalatha, has strongly denied all rumours linking the actress with the Mumbai Indians star batter, calling the claims “completely false and baseless.”

The dating buzz reportedly began last year after both Sreeleela and Tilak Varma were spotted separately during the Vaikuntha Ekadashi celebrations at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple. Fans further fueled speculation after Sreeleela attended a cricket match at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, where social media users claimed that a member of her team was seen wearing a jersey associated with Tilak Varma.

More recently, a viral interaction involving Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma reportedly reignited the rumours online, leading to widespread discussions across Instagram, Reddit and X.

Reacting to the growing speculation, Sreeleela’s mother dismissed the reports and clarified that the actress is currently focused on her studies and film career. She reportedly stated that Sreeleela is preparing for her NEET-PG examinations and has no time for such distractions at the moment.

Several reports have also claimed that Sreeleela and Tilak Varma have never even met or spoken to each other, despite the ongoing online chatter.

On the work front, Sreeleela continues to be one of the busiest actresses in the South film industry and is also gearing up for her big Bollywood debut opposite Kartik Aaryan in Aashiqui 3.
