Bhooth Bangla : Day 1 Box Office & Occupancy Update-  Bhooth Bangla opens on a steady note, bigger growth expected through the day !

Bhooth Bangla has begun its theatrical journey with around 7-8% occupancy in the morning shows across India. The start can be termed decent rather than explosive, especially considering expectations were slightly higher heading into release day.

That said, it’s important to note that today is a working day, which naturally impacts morning footfall. Films like this often rely heavily on afternoon, evening, and night shows to build momentum  and that’s where the real picture will become clear.

The encouraging sign, however, is that word of mouth from paid preview shows has been largely positive. The film has already managed to collect approximately ₹3.5 crore from paid previews, giving it a solid base before Day 1 even fully unfolds.

Going by current trends, if occupancy sees a healthy jump post-noon and especially during evening and night shows, Day 1 collections could land in the range of ₹12 crore, which would be a strong turnaround from a slow morning start.

For now, all eyes remain on how the film performs as the day progresses. A positive shift in footfall could significantly boost its opening day numbers. Let’s see how the afternoon, evening, and night shows perform they will ultimately decide the scale of Day 1.
