Dhurandhar Day 1 Box Office Early Estimate: Ranveer Singh Delivers a Strong 27 Crore Opening

Dhurandhar Day 1 Box Office Estimate A Strong Opening For Ranveer Singh, Headed towards 27 Crore.

Ranveer Singh and Aditya Dhar return to the big screen with Dhurandhar and the film has taken a stronger than expected start on its first day. Early estimates suggest that the action thriller is heading towards a Day 1 total in the range of 27 crore to 28 crore, which is higher than most pre release predictions.

The film has recorded its best performance in PVR Inox properties across the country. These cinemas are also the key distributors in several regions and have contributed close to half of the films opening day business. Around 17 crore is estimated to have come from the national multiplex chains while the remaining 8 crore has been generated from single screens and other circuits.

The job now is to hold this momentum through the weekend. With the second part gearing up for an Eid release, the makers are banking on a strong and steady run. If Dhurandhar maintains its pace, the film has the potential to reach the 100 crore mark by the end of its first weekend which will be an impressive result.

At the moment the film is performing best in major cities but the India versus Pakistan backdrop gives it a chance to connect with a wider audience in the coming days. The real growth will be visible from Saturday onward.

Dhurandhar has started its journey on a solid note and all eyes are now on how high the film can climb over its opening weekend.
