Welcome To The Jungle has begun its second week on a stable note, registering a steady hold on Day 8 (Second Friday) despite facing fresh competition from the newly released Alpha and a reduction in showcasing across multiplexes.
The Akshay Kumar starrer collected ₹4.50 crore on its second Friday, taking its total India nett collection to ₹99.71 crore. With late-night shows and updated collections, the film has effectively crossed the prestigious ₹100 crore milestone.
The hold is particularly encouraging considering the film lost a significant number of screens and premium showcasing slots due to the arrival of new releases.
