The makers have reportedly locked the date after deciding the film will be ready by then, and they view the early-December Friday as a strategically lucrative window at the box office.

Devgn, who has long been celebrated for his versatility across comedy, romance and hard-edged action, headlines what the source describes as a high-octane entertainer. The project becomes even more intriguing with the addition of Sanjay Dutt  marking a first-time, full-blown action face-off between the two stars  and Tamannaah Bhatia in an important, reportedly surprising role.

A source told Bollywood Hungama, “The Ajay Devgn–Sanjay Dutt–Tamannaah Bhatia starrer will hit the big screen on December 4, 2026. The makers have locked this date as the film will be fully ready by then. Moreover, it’s a vacant Friday and has historically proved to be lucrative from a box office perspective. Since the film is a complete entertainer, the team felt this date is strategically ideal.”
