Ali Abbas Zafar’s Next with Ahaan Panday Set in England, Recce to Begin Soon

Bollywood’s newest sensation, Ahaan Panday, is all set to dive into his next big project after the smashing success of Saiyaara. The young actor will headline an action drama directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra.

According to a report by Mid-Day, the filmmaker is gearing up for a month-long recce in the UK this December, ahead of the film’s shoot that’s scheduled to begin in February 2026.

Sources reveal that the upcoming actioner will be primarily shot across London, Birmingham, and Manchester, with certain portions also planned in Leeds. “Ahaan’s Saiyaara made upwards of ₹550 crore globally, giving Ali and Aditya Sir the confidence to go all out with his second film. For most of December, the director will scout for locations that enhance the storytelling on the big screen. Almost 80 to 90 percent of the movie will be shot in England,” a source told Mid-Day.

Meanwhile, Ahaan is already in prep mode, focusing on his transformation for the action genre. “His debut film presented him as a devoted romantic hero. With the second venture, Aditya Sir wants to project him as an action-romance star. He has been undergoing hand-to-hand combat and weapon training,” the source added.
