The film chronicles the life of Vithabai Narayangaonkar, a revered icon of Maharashtra’s Tamasha tradition a vibrant folk art form blending music, dance, and drama. This marks Shraddha’s first collaboration with Utekar and is produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. The project promises to highlight Vithabai’s artistic brilliance and personal struggles, offering Shraddha a role of depth and intensity.

Vithabai, affectionately known as "Vitha," was a trailblazer in a male-dominated field, earning two President’s Awards for her contributions to Indian folk culture.
