According to sources, the majority of the film’s shoot is already complete, but the team has decided to reshoot a crucial high-voltage sequence. This creative call has been taken purely to enhance the film’s impact and scale, keeping audience expectations in mind after the massive response to the first installment.

The reshoot is expected to begin by the end of this month and will be wrapped up within 2–3 weeks. Importantly, this additional shoot will not affect the film’s release timeline in any way. The makers have reaffirmed that Dhurandhar 2 remains locked for a March 19 theatrical release, with post-production progressing as planned.
