Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and actor-turned-politician Vijay has reportedly granted special permission for early 9 AM shows of the film, allowing theatres across the state to begin screenings earlier than usual.
The announcement was officially shared by the makers of Karuppu on social media, where they thanked Vijay for approving the special morning screenings. The production team also confirmed that the film’s first-day-first-show screenings will begin from 9 AM starting May 14.
Directed by RJ Balaji, Karuppu has already generated strong buzz among audiences thanks to its intense trailer, music, and the much-loved on-screen reunion of Suriya and Trisha.
