Welcome 4 Aims for Massive Global Music & Action Scale, Says Feroz Nadiadwala

The much-anticipated fourth installment of the blockbuster comedy franchise Welcome is steadily moving closer to production. Producer Feroz Nadiadwala has revealed that scripting for Welcome 4 is currently in its advanced stages, and the team is aiming to scale up the entertainment quotient in a big way.

Speaking about the film’s development, Nadiadwala shared that the makers are planning a grand cinematic experience with a heavy emphasis on music and action.

“We are in the advanced stages of Welcome 4 scripting. The music and action that we are planning is going to be massive. We have thought of multi-cultural music coming together from Middle East, Africa, USA, and China.”

This multicultural approach could give Welcome 4 a distinct sonic identity, potentially creating a soundtrack that blends traditional Bollywood energy with global rhythms and instrumentation.

The fourth installment is expected to bring back three of the most beloved characters from the Welcome universe. Anil Kapoor will reprise his iconic role as Uday Shetty, while Nana Patekar is set to return as the unforgettable Majnu Bhai. Joining them is Paresh Rawal, who will once again step into the shoes of the hilarious Dr. Ghunghroo.
Their characters were central to the humor and chaos of the original film and remain some of the most quoted and memorable roles in modern Bollywood comedy. The reunion of Uday Shetty, Majnu Bhai, and Dr. Ghunghroo is expected to bring back the signature madness that made the franchise a cult favorite.
